Frequently Asked Questions

Who owns & operates Overland Provision / Overland Style?

Kevin, Sarah, Caroline, and Abigail of the Lifestyle Overland family owns and operates this online store along with event sales across the United States.

Did your store name change?

Yes! We have switched to our new name "Overland Provision" to better reflect what we offer to the outdoor community. Our Creator merch is now under the "Overland Style" department and you can find some of our original designs under the Overland Style brand too.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally via USPS. International shipping rates are automatically calculated during the checkout process. We recognize international shipping can be costly, however we cannot control the carrier rates. Duties or additional fees required by your country are NOT included in the price or shipping. Please be aware of your country's requirements for importing our goods. You may be required to retrieve your item from customs in some situations as well.

Where is my order?

You can check the status of your package by clicking on the tracking info found in your shipping confirmation email. Can't find the email? Be sure and check your spam folder! We do not have any control or additional information beyond what is found in the shipper provided tracking info but please let us know if you fail to receive your package.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

If you have a problem with the merchandise quality or discover a defect, we will absolutely work with you to make it right. Your satisfaction is our goal! Please email us at orders@overlandstyle.com if you have an issue with an item you received.

How long until my order ships?

We strive to process all orders within 1 business day. However, it may take up to 3 business days for an order to ship since we are a small, family business that travels frequently.

Where are your products made?

Our high-quality shirts and embroidered products are produced by a small business located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Jon, Alison, and their daughter Parker have been friends of the Lifestyle Overland family for years and are outdoor enthusiast themselves. They are committed to quality and have an unmatched attention to detail not found with the "print on demand" t-shirt companies.

Jon, Alison, and Parker

Overland Provision has been sourcing patches and stickers from global sources we consider to be the best in the business since 2014. If you know of an US based company who can do this at competitive pricing then please let us know!

What countries are your base materials from?

We include shirt brands, model numbers, and materials in every product description. You can research the country of origin from that info. This can vary from shirt to shirt and batch to batch. Generally speaking, most shirts are from the US, India, Bangladesh, Nicaragua, and Honduras; usually of US made fabrics. We have ensured our sources are ethical companies who operate under a 100% sweatshop and child-labor free policy.

Are you accepting new creators?

We would be glad to consider your brand for our lineup of adventure creators! Please email us at creators@overlandstyle.com with details about your channel/platform along with reach metrics, etc.
